I saw that Sunderland are saying they are reviewing his position given that his bail has been extended.
I know you are innocent till proven guilty but I must admit that surprised me. You'd think they would stand him down til this was resolved.

They've only allowed him to return to training, I would imagine his agent/publicist/lawyer has been all over the club to treat him as innocent until proven guilty. I highly doubt he will be in their squad though, hasn't trained for weeks for a start.

I'll be amazed if he's not involved for the rest of the season.
He might lack the match fitness to play against us, but it seems like Advocaat has used the excuse of his bail being extended (which doesn't really change anything), as an opportunity to get one of his best players back in his squad.
